Investment in Voitsberg: Production has to follow the market

BM on site in Voitsberg: Holz-Her has invested heavily in its production location in Steiermark, Austria, setting the stage for the future. This is part of a long term growth strategy to be continued consistently with a further major investment in Nürtingen in the coming year.

To successfully continue the strong growth experienced now for a number of years, the specialist for machines and systems for processing derived timber products in the Weinig Group is keeping the throttle floorboarded. The latest major investment in the Holz-Her Production Plant in Voitsberg, Steiermark, Austria is a state-of-the-art machining center, for which a new, 1,000 m² expansion building was built. The total investment volume was approx. 4.5 million euros.
